  • Osteopathy is based on the principle that the body has a natural ability to heal itself when it is in proper alignment. Osteopaths use a variety of techniques, such as massage, stretching, and manipulation, to help restore balance and function to the body.

  • Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese medicine practice that involves inserting thin needles into specific points on the body to stimulate energy flow, balance qi (chi), and improve overall health. It is believed that the human body has a network of pathways called meridians through which energy, or qi, flows. When this energy flow is disrupted, it can lead to pain and illness. Acupuncture is designed to restore the proper flow of energy, thereby promoting healing.

  • Chinese medicine is a holistic system of healthcare that has been practiced for thousands of years in China and other parts of Asia. It is based on the belief that the body has a natural ability to heal itself when it is in balance. Chinese medicine focuses on restoring balance and harmony to the body by addressing the underlying causes of illness and disease.

Chinese medicine uses a variety of techniques to restore balance and harmony to the body, including acupuncture, cupping, herbal medicine, massage, and dietary therapy.

  • Remedial massage is a type of massage therapy that focuses on treating specific physical ailments and injuries. It is a holistic approach to health care that aims to alleviate pain, promote healing, and improve overall well-being. Remedial massage therapists are trained to assess and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, such as back pain, neck pain, and sports injuries.
